Frequently Asked Questions
Complete the Special Order Intake Form in the top navigation of the Company Store, as thoroughly as possible, including key information on your recipients, budget, shipping destinations and requested in hand date. Missing or incomplete information can stall the process.
Yes, though the design as shown with master brand is preferred, special orders are available for custom artwork. Please note that designs must undergo brand review which can lengthen the process. Original art cannot be co-located with the master brand logo without approval.
Items in this store were pre-approved by the Brand team and therefore make for easy ordering. However, we can source from thousands of products to identify the right fit for you.
Yes, your account manager (Ally Hepner ahepner@brandito.net) can set up a form for you to distribute to your recipients and work with you on a timeline for collecting data and setting your date for order fulfillment.
Yes, there are some limitations for shipping products internationally. Your account manager will consult with you on any limitations based on your shipping locations. The catalog notes availability of these products in each regional hub. When possible we will match products in each region, however there may be need to source like-for-like depending on regional availability.
Once product and decoration has been agreed upon, your account manager will provide you with a quote for the purchase of the goods. If you are drop shipping these items to individuals' homes, you will receive a separate quote for the cost of that service. Both quotes can be submitted to develop a PO through Ariba. Your account manager will require a PO # to begin the order.
